How we work on the safety and security
Safety of KAMPO herbs
KAMPO herbs are mainly produced in China, Japan and other Asian regions, and are in a safe and hygienic environment that meets Japanese pharmaceutical manufacturing control standards called GMP. You can use that without any worries.
Safe system at acupuncture and moxibustion clinic
We are particular about not only the therapeutic effect but also hygiene management and the quality of the treatment tools, and we have established a system that allows you to receive the treatment without anxiety.
We use new disposable acupuncture needles every time, so you don’t have to worry about infection.
We have two types of moxibustion (indirect moxibustion and direct moxibustion) and acupuncturist chooses which is better for you depending on your physical symptoms and conditions.

- For those who wish to have KAMPO consultation
In Kampo consultation, a specialized TCM adviser first asks about the content of the consultation and then gives you an advice. Then the pharmacist and registered salesperson will prepare the KAMPO herbs for you.
In consultation, reservation is prioritized. If you would like to consult in English, please contact us in advance as the staff in charge is limited.
For the first time, there are some items to check such as the progress so far, and it will take about one and a half to two hours. But from the second time onwards, it will be completed in about 1 hour.
If you purchase KAMPO herbs after consultation, there is no
consultation fee. But if you only want advice without purchasing, a 30- minute consultation fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.

- For those who wish to have acupuncture and moxibustion treatment
Our acupuncturists are in charge of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.
Reservations are required for the treatment, so please make a reservation in advance. We do not currently have an acupuncturist who can speak English, so if you need an interpreter, please prepare it yourself for the first time.
For the first time, there are confirmation items and explanations of precautions, so we plan to take about 90 minutes. From the second time onwards, it will be completed in about 1 hour.
In addition, the treatment time and cost will vary depending on the acupuncture and moxibustion course, so please check before applying.

Payment methods other than cash

You can pay by the following 4 ways.
＊In the store
You can pay by cash, PayPay, LINE Pay, Merpay, Union Pay, Wechat pay, Alipay and major credit cards (American Express, Diners, JCB, VISA and Master Card etc).
＊Collect-on-delivery
You can pay by cash or credit card to the delivery person of Yamato Transport when the product arrives.
A collect fee of 660 yen will be charged. A shipping fee will be required separately. Delivery will be done only within Japan.
＊E-collect-on-delivery
After the payment by credit card is completed from the link in the email you received, the shipping procedure by Yamato Transport will start. No collect fee will be charged. A shipping fee will be required separately. Delivery will be done only within Japan.
＊Bank transfer
It will be shipped as soon as the transfer to the designated account is confirmed.
